My current pre-run routine.

I’ve been using this pre-run routine for over a year now. It’s a mix of activation exercises and muscle stretches to prepare my legs for my runs. It’s important to activate and warm up your muscles such as glutes and quads that way you don’t shock your system going straight into your run. This is especially important in colder temperatures as your legs are typically a bit stiffer. Stretching before your run is vital to allow your muscles to operate at full range of motion.

I will also be sharing the pre-workout drills I preform before doing a fast workout so stay tuned for that!
