Powell Says Fed Getting Close to Restrictive Rates Level

The Federal Reserve “will have to hold policy at a restrictive level for a sustained period,” Fed Chair Jerome Powell says at a news conference following the central bank’s decision to raise its benchmark rate by 50 basis points to a 4.25% to 4.5% target range.
