12mins of glute strength AND hip mobility. A short and sharp glute focused session to fire up the deep hip muscles while gaining mobility through the hip joints. Flexibility and activation combined – using a bicycle theme.
You can do this pre or post run or as a sun stand alone sequence in itself.
No props, just a simple yet effective progressive glute flow utilising three different positions (supine, side lying and four point kneeling) to get the glutes functional and the hips primed and ready for your next run!
